Returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake (misspelled name or wrong item). All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss the next steps.
An effort will be made to contact you if I receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS). I will hold onto RTS items for 30 days after contacting you.
If for some reason item got returned to me, customer is responsible for shipping cost if it needs to be resent back even if item was purchased with free shipping.Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. If address provided is incorrect, please contact me ASAP to make a change. Once the item is shipped I will not be able to redirect it to the correct address. Customer is responsible for getting the item from the address provided.
